The Vienna Christmas Market attaches great importance to inclusion. There are accessible toilets with Eurokey locks, as well as tables and cash machines that are easily accessible for wheelchair users. Posters and information boards are designed with large, high-contrast fonts and simple language. New punch cups feature the words ‘Vienna Christmas Market’ in Braille. The information pillars about the Advent objects in Rathauspark are also equipped with Braille.

The best way for visitors to reach the Christmas Market is by public transport. The Rathausplatz/Burgtheater tram stop will be served from November 14 to December 21 on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, as well as on December 8, from 3:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. This will ensure safe arrival and departure even when the Christmas Market is very busy.
