The TirolerHeimChor is an offering from the ‘Tiroler Studentenheim’ for residents who love to sing. In the past, external choir directors were hired until composer Matthias Eberharter moved into the residence in the winter semester of 2023 and took over the direction of the choir. Year after year, choir rehearsals and the concert calendar are filling up more and more. The singers come from a wide variety of academic backgrounds: from landscape planning to technical physics, philosophy and composition – their (South) Tyrolean roots and love of music are the common thread.
