The many choirs, known in Vienna as “ABChöre”, are part of the children’s and youth choirs from the City of Vienna’s music schools. Aged between eight and twelve, the children gather experiences in the “ABCs of choir singing”. They sing one to three-part pieces from various periods and styles. The young singers also gain plenty of experience performing on both a small and large scale, e.g. at the Festive Singing event held at Vienna Konzerthaus, and at choir events in Austria and abroad.
