The Barbareum choir is a Ukrainian women’s choir from Vienna founded in the spring of 2023, with many of its singers having fled their home due to the war. Their music serves as a bridge between countries, cultures and hearts. They sing traditional and modern songs from Ukraine and also have an Austrian and international repertoire. At the Christmas concert in Vienna City Hall, they share our hope for peace, their gratitude and the joy found in genuine cultural diversity.
