Viennese “Christkindl”

In order to shorten the long wait for Christmas, which is certainly the most important task of the Viennese “Christkindl”, it comes to Rathausplatz square in the Advent season to read out poems and short stories. Children and adult visitors can have a chat with the Viennese “Christkindl” and can have a photo taken. Autograph cards of the Viennese “Christkindl” are very much in demand.

Thursdays to Sundays from 4 p.m.–7 p.m.; from 5–p.m.–5:30 p.m. at the “Celestial Stage” under

the large Christmas tree and, finally, every Sunday from 4 p.m.–5 p.m. at the Post Office in the Clouds.
